These terms cover the Restaurant Calculator app for iPhone, iPad and Mac and the Restaurant Calculator Spreadsheet Kit, which comes with the app subscription. By using either one, you agree to them.
Using Restaurant Calculator
You can use Restaurant Calculator to work out the numbers for your own restaurant or the one you work for. Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it to break the law.
Subscriptions
- Restaurant Calculator is sold and billed by Apple through the App Store.
- It starts with a 7‑day free trial, then a yearly price. The App Store shows the price in your currency before you subscribe.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Step by step on the Support page.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Estimates, not advice
Restaurant Calculator's results are estimates. We check its tax, pay and fee rules against official sources every month, but rules can change and we can get them wrong.
Restaurant Calculator is not tax, legal, payroll or financial advice. Before you file, pay staff or sign a contract, confirm the numbers with the agency or your accountant.
Restaurant Calculator doesn't issue BIR invoices or official receipts. A receipt made in the app is a working copy, not a tax document.
Your data
What you enter stays on your device. We don't collect it. See the Privacy policy.
The Spreadsheet Kit
The Restaurant Calculator Spreadsheet Kit is included with the app subscription at no extra cost. It unlocks in the app (Settings, then Spreadsheet kit) once your first paid year starts, after the free trial. Files you've saved stay yours to use if you later cancel. The Kit isn't sold separately.
Getting the Kit with the subscription gives you a licence to use the files in your own business. You can edit them for that business. Don't resell or redistribute the files, edited or not.
Liability
Restaurant Calculator and the Spreadsheet Kit are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from relying on their results.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date. If you keep using Restaurant Calculator after that, the new terms apply.
